Terms of Service
Last updated October 15, 2026. By using this site or ordering work through it, you agree to these terms.
1. What this site is
Pratik designs custom clothing and animates logos for ER:LC and other Roblox roleplay servers. This page covers how browsing, ordering and accounts work.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Discord, so there's no separate password. There are two kinds of account: regular accounts (anyone who signs in) and admin accounts (the people who run the site). Each Discord account can link one Roblox account, and each Roblox account can only be linked to one Discord account at a time.
3. Orders and payment
Every commission is arranged in a ticket on the Discord server. Pricing, timeline and payment method (Robux, cash, whatever works) get agreed there, per order, outside this site. The site doesn't take payments or orders directly.
4. No refunds
All sales are final. Commissions, one-off designs and, once they're available, courses or other paid content are non-refundable once work has started or access has been given, whatever the reason. Deleting your account (see below and the Privacy Policy) doesn't cancel an order in progress, and it doesn't get you a refund for anything past, pending or future, courses included.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your own regular account any time from your Profile page. That removes your linked Roblox data. Admin accounts can't be deleted from the site. The Privacy Policy explains what's kept after deletion and why.
6. Acceptable use
Don't pretend to be someone else, don't give false or abusive information in a ticket, and don't try to link a Roblox account that isn't yours. If you do, your account may be restricted.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes, for example when courses launch. If you keep using the site after an update, you're agreeing to the current version.
8. Contact
