Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026. Here's what Pratik collects, why, and what you can do about it.
1. What we collect
- Discord identity. When you sign in, Discord shares your id, username, display name and avatar with us. We use that to run your login session and to check whether you're an admin. We don't keep it in a database beyond your active session.
- Roblox link (optional). If you link a Roblox account from your Profile page, we store its id and username next to your Discord id until you unlink it or delete your account.
- Your agreement. When you sign in you agree to these terms and this policy. We keep a record of which version you agreed to and when, as proof that you did.
- Course progress. Once courses open, if you watch lessons, we save how far you got in each one and which lesson you were on last, so you can pick up where you left off. It's deleted completely if you delete your account.
- Orders. Orders happen in a ticket on the Discord server. This site has no contact form and doesn't store anything about your order. Whatever you share in a ticket falls under Discord's privacy policy, not ours.
- Basic analytics. One total page-view count for the whole site. It counts once per browser session, so coming back in the same session doesn't add to it. We don't log IP addresses, here or anywhere else on the site.
- Security log. When an admin does something, or an account gets deleted, we record the time, the Discord username and id of whoever did it, and what happened (like "review updated" or "account deleted"). It never includes your Roblox link or anything you've written to us.
2. Why we do this
Discord login and Roblox linking only happen because you choose to sign in or link, so that's your consent. The security log and the page-view count are there because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and seeing roughly how much it gets used.
3. Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you can ask to see, correct, restrict or erase your data, object to how it's used, get a copy of it, and complain to your local data protection authority. Here's how that works on this site:
- See your data: section 1 above is everything we hold. Your Profile page shows your Discord details and any Roblox account you've linked.
- Unlink Roblox: you can remove the link any time from Profile. You don't have to delete your account to do it.
- Delete your account: from Profile you can delete a regular account and everything linked to it. Admin accounts can't delete themselves, so get in touch directly.
- Anything else: questions about this policy, a past order, whatever it is, message us on the Discord server.
4. What we keep after you delete your account
Deleting your account removes your Roblox link, your record of agreeing to these terms, and your course progress right away. One thing stays, on purpose: the security log keeps a record that your account existed and was deleted (Discord username, id and time). It's the same log that records every admin action, and it's there to catch abuse and keep things accountable. It doesn't contain your Roblox link or any order details.
Orders aren't affected either way, since they live in Discord tickets and this site never had a copy of them.
Deleting your account doesn't get you a refund for anything past, pending or future. See the Terms of Service.
5. Third parties
Discord (for login) and Roblox (sign-in or public profile lookups, only to check that you own the account you're linking) are the only third parties involved. They get just what each request needs from us, and their own privacy policies cover what they do on their end.
6. Changes to this policy
We'll update this if the site's features change. When something material changes, the "last updated" date above changes too.
